Amid ongoing concerns about Coronavirus (COVID-19), Peachstate Insurance is closely monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and is taking a number of precautionary measures for the health and safety of our employees.
Rest assured that Peachstate Insurance has robust business continuity plans in place.
1) To deal with this crisis we will keep our offices open but limit the incoming foot traffic. We encourage you to call us on the phone for quotes, payments or questions of any kind. We will not give in office quotes but are happy to accept money orders and get signatures in the office. We are implementing this policy effective immediately
2) If we have to, we will lock our doors and accept documents from under the door and through mail slots. THIS IS A FUTURE PLAN THAT WE MAY IMPLEMENT.
